Separate Account Requirement
Important: Each service requires individual account registration. You cannot use one account to access multiple services.
- You must create separate accounts for each service you wish to use
- Each account requires unique email verification
- Account information must be accurate and up-to-date
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
- Use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication when available
- Ensure all account information is accurate and current
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not share accounts with unauthorized users

Pricing Terms
- Each service has independent pricing structure
- Prices are displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise stated
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- Free plans may have usage limitations and reduced features
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
- No refunds for partial months or unused portions
Payment Processing
- Payments are processed through secure third-party providers
- We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and local payment methods
- All payments must be made in advance
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
Billing and Invoicing
- Invoices are generated automatically and sent via email
- Business customers may request tax invoices (Faktur Pajak)
- Payment is due within 7 days of invoice date
- Late payments may incur additional charges
Refund Policy
- Free plans: No refunds applicable
- Paid plans: 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions
- Refunds processed within 14 business days
- No refunds for services already consumed or after 7 days

Prohibited Activities
- Illegal activities or content

Service Limitations
- Services are provided "as is" without warranties
- We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted service
- You use our services at your own risk
- We are not liable for business losses or damages
Liability Cap
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
- This limitation applies to all claims and causes of action
Termination by You
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- You can export your data before termination
- No refunds for unused portions of paid subscriptions
Termination by Us
- We may terminate for breach of terms
- Non-payment may result in service suspension
- We will provide reasonable notice when possible
- Data retention period of 30 days after termination
Effect of Termination
- Immediate loss of access to services
- Data deletion after retention period
- Outstanding payments remain due
- Survival of certain provisions (liability, intellectual property)
Applicable Law
- These terms are governed by Indonesian law
- Disputes will be resolved in Indonesian courts
- Indonesian language version takes precedence

- First attempt: Direct negotiation
- Second attempt: Mediation
- Final resort: Court proceedings in Jakarta
